About Balochistan..

Balochistan has covered 43% area of Pakistan and is the largest province.It has small population, 7.2 million houses and 5% of Pakistan.Most of its land is barren deserts and dry high mountains and is the poorest province, water is very little.Summers are scorching heat and winter is bitterly cold making living here difficult.Almost 55% of the inhabitants speak Balochi and other languages are Sindhi, Pashtu, Urdu and Punjabi.There are giant amount of minerals, it has huge amount of copper deposits in the world. From Sui it has a larger supplier of gas. Petrol and coal are also present there.Balochi people are less exposed to the world and they are generally friendly. Education level is low in Balochistan. Balochi Culture is tribal, where traditions and leaders are strictly followed. There are many tribes of Balochis living in Pakistan and also living in Afghanistan and Iran. For mills deserts and dry hills are stretches. Landscape is of different colors and shapes and is very fascinating. There is no industry, no agriculture or any other trade in Balochistan to live on. Many of the Balochi people are living in rural areas in mud houses and depend on livestock, some on fruit farming and trading also non tax paid goods from Afghanistan and Iran. Meat is the major dish in Balochi menu.
